Claresa Narup, Claresa joins 21 Design Group as a Marketing/Title Consultant. After graduating from East Central College, Claresa began her career working for William D. Kimme, Attorney at Law and continued working with the law firm’s title company, Tri-County Title, for over 30 years. As the business grew, Claresa fulfilled the requirements to be a Title Agent licensed through the Missouri Division of Insurance, completing the required education and honing skills such as research and abstracting, closings, escrows, underwriting and compliance. Managing, not only human resources, but day to day operations, she oversaw and enthusiastically still assisted in all facets of the title company, while still cultivating relationships during her career. When Ike Lamke was elected Judge, the title company downsized and began a gradual shutdown.
The most logical transition for her career seemed to be an engineering & surveying firm. Claresa had worked with most of the team at 21 Design Group throughout many years and it seemed like it would be a great fit for all. Her diversified background in the industry, along with the many relationships she has built, brings a level of expertise that not only enriches the team, but also enhances the team’s network. The environment allows for Claresa to work independently, and also fosters interaction in an atmosphere where the team members compliment and heighten each other’s skills. This addition to the 21 Design Group team allows a broad spectrum of service that sets them apart from others in the engineering and surveying industry.
Claresa has resided in the Krakow area for most of her life. Along with her husband and two children, she is a car enthusiast. Involvement in community activities and volunteerism has been a constant throughout her life and is a continuing priority.
